“I joined FFA when I was a freshman. I joined to show animals. I used to show sheep but I am taking a break from that. I also trap shoot and do some livestock judging. I really like the trips we get to take and especially like the trap shooting competitions. I have made a lot of friends in FFA. For my future it looks like I will work in the construction business with my cousins and uncles. I may go to college for a while or maybe a technical school. “Since both sides of my family have been involved in Agriculture for as long as I can remember, it seems only natural that I’d be interested in Ag as well. Springtime finds me playing baseball, branding calves and shipping them to spring pasture, harrowing hay fields, picking rocks and trapping gophers. “Taking a leap of faith and joining FFA my freshmen year was one of the best decisions I ever made. FFA has significantly changed my life forever.
